Attire
All white tennis clothing is requested of members during the summer months. During the winter, white warm-ups are preferred but not mandatory.
Booking Policy
You may only book two weeks in advance. If you book another member, it is incumbent on you to notify that player.
Cancellations
If you cancel with less than twenty four hours notice, you will be billed $20.00. If a professional has to fill in, you will be billed at his rate. You may find a substitute of a suitable standard on your own. If you are signed up for a club social event and cancel within 48 hours of the event, you will be billed for the event fee. Similarly, if you are entered in a tournament and withdraw after the draw has been made, you will be billed for the tournament entry fee.
Booking Sheet
The Board of Governors regard the booking sheet as accurate. Should you have any questions regarding errors on your court charges, you must resolve them in the next month’s billing period.
In order to promote good matches between players of approximately equal ability, members should refrain from booking themselves into a match with a player(s) having fifteen points or more lower handicap, without the permission in advance of the lower handicap player(s).
Overdue Accounts
Should your account become sixty days overdue, your club privileges will be suspended and you will have to pay your entire balance before you will be able to play again.
Lights & Balls
If there is no one on court after you, lock the balls inside the basket on court. If you are the last player of the evening, turn off the lights and the fans.
Pro Shop & Locker Room
Lock the Pro Shop and turn off the lights if there are no professionals on duty. For your own protection, please do not leave valuables in the locker rooms.
Security
If you are the last player of the evening, make sure the building doors are shut.
